Health Guarantee
Breeder certifies that this puppy is a purebred Chinese Shar-pei of sound body and good health. Buyer is encouraged to have the puppy examined by his or her own veterinarian within two days of the sale, if there is any problems Buyer agrees to contact Breeder immediately or contract is void. You will receive a replacement puppy of equal or greater value from our next available litter if this puppy has any congenital defects which result (or may result) in death or in its having to be euthanized within six months of this sale. Please note that the following health related problems or conditions are not covered by this health guarantee: Worms, Diarrhea, Coccidiosis, I do not warrant Parvo, mange, or other contagious diseases (after 3 days) because, I cannot control what you expose your puppy to. No puppy should leave your house OR yard until your puppies entire series of shots have been completed. In the event that the shots are not fully completed, this guarantee is void.
It is not unusual for the eyes to be tacked and possibly need entropeian surgery after 7 months of age, Breeder cannot make any guarantees on the eyes at any time. Breeder must be provided with a written report of the dog’s health problem from Buyer’s veterinarian. The Buyer agrees to notify the Breeder immediately or contract is void. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for all costs and care during this time. The breeder will not be responsible for any veterinarian bills or other bills the owner may incur after the purchase of the dog, we do not pay any shipping costs.
Satisfaction Guarantee
All pups/dogs are sold as pets unless otherwise stated. The Breeder guarantees that buyer will be satisfied with the puppy purchased. If Buyer is not satisfied with the puppy received, puppy may be returned to Breeder at Buyer’s cost. The Breeder will replace puppy from a future litter or a full refund of the purchase price will be made within 60 days, minus any expenses incurred by the Breeder to place the pup in a new home, shipping is at buyers expense. If we have held this puppy for you, your deposit amount will be non-refundable. This Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for 48 hours after Buyer takes possession of puppy.
Buyer agrees to provide this dog with adequate nutrition, fresh water, humane shelter, adequate exercise, affection, and medical care, including all necessary vaccinations. The buyer agrees that it is the buyer’s responsibility to accept the puppy as described. The Buyer agrees to take full responsibility for any damages or injuries resulting from the pup, now or in the future, upon taking possession of the pup. Violation of this contract by the Buyer will constitute Buyer’s unconditional surrender of the purchased dog and all registration documents at no cost to Breeder.
If the Buyer is unable to, at any time, care for or keep this dog, they may contact the Breeder for voluntary surrender of the dog/pup (buyer responsible for transportation fees). The Breeder agrees to take the dog back at no cost or assist the Buyer in finding a suitable home for the dog/pup.
